In the Discovery Phase, Bonsai Design establishes parameters that incorporate your program goals, budgets, timelines, and site location. As the Design Phase begins, a team of Bonsai Designers will visit the site, where experience, creative vision, aesthetics, and passion lead to the creation of a variety of program designs from which you will be able to choose. Installation begins once a design has been selected, with a team of experienced builders arriving on site to construct a world-class program, compliant with applicable industry standards, built with harmony and precision using sustainable practices, and built to last. Once the installation is complete, Bonsai Design will provide you with an Acceptance Inspection, which ensures the quality of the construction, including both techniques and materials, as part of the Commissioning Process. Further documentation provided will include a Training Textbook, Operations Manual, Administrative Operations Manual, and a Bonsai-issued Certificate of Compliance. Following an official hand-off of the course from the design/installation entity to the Operational entity, Bonsai will bring in an experienced and certified training team to fully equip your staff with the proper tools, techniques, and experience it takes to safely manage an Aerial Adventure Program. As the program becomes operational, Bonsai will continue to be available to provide ongoing support through administrative consultation, ongoing training, maintenance, and Professional Inspections.
