As a Grand Valley native, Tyler joined the team in January of 2023 with a B.S. in Biological Science. After 6 years of fisheries research, he decided to try a new career path. Starting as a welder/fabricator, Tyler soon became the fabrication shop manager where his responsibilities include monitoring production output, supervising staff, and ensuring that products meet customer specifications and quality expectations. He has a great passion for bringing the structures to life and tackling difficulties within the job.
Outside of work, Tyler spends time with his wife Jordan, and kids Marlee and Hudson. They enjoy everything the river has to offer, as well as hiking, hunting, snow shoeing and exploring God’s beautiful country.
